2.6. Informe de Resultados del Avance de las Cuentas Públicas Municipales al Tercer
Trimestre del Ejercicio Fiscal 2024.
De acuerdo a lo estipulado en el artículo 65 BIS de la Constitución Política del Estado Libre y
Soberano de Oaxaca, en correlación con el artículo 16 de la LFSRC, se integró el Análisis de
Resultados correspondiente al Avance de las CPM al tercer trimestre del ejercicio fiscal 2024, de los
municipios que concluyeron su gestión el 31 de diciembre de 2024.
Del total de 215 municipios obligados por la LFSRC a la presentación de los informes trimestrales de
Avance de Cuenta Pública del ejercicio 2024, 146 cumplieron con la entrega en tiempo y forma del
informe correspondiente al tercer trimestre, representando un 68 por ciento de cumplimiento a la
obligación establecida.
